This annoying twitch game is an implementation of the game described in the Godot Engine 2D tutorial. You can make this game yourself by following the instructions and using the assets included in the tutorial.

This implementation uses touch/mouse-click controls and adds an info page, a redrawn application icon, and Feather icons for buttons.
